Murrells Inlet calls itself the Seafood Capital of South Carolina and earns the title — the MarshWalk along the saltwater estuary is lined with restaurants pulling fish off the docks in real time, the local fishing fleet still works daily, and sunset crowds gather every evening for live music and oysters. Brookgreen Gardens, just south, anchors the area with sculpture, native wildlife, and historic rice plantation grounds; together they make Murrells Inlet feel like the Lowcountry side of the Grand Strand rather than the resort side.
Our Tanger Outlets studio is about 25 minutes north on Highway 17. We see plenty of Murrells Inlet clients — boat owners stopping by between trips, MarshWalk regulars on a date-night detour through the outlets, and oyster-loving visitors who pair an Evermore appointment with one of our oyster shucking sessions for the full Lowcountry experience.
For private events at MarshWalk venues, in-home parties along Old Inlet Road, or fishing-trip group celebrations, we travel to Murrells Inlet regularly. Permanent jewelry tied to a sunset on the inlet — that's the kind of memory that doesn't need a photo to remember.
