Yes! We have a beautiful selection of add-on charms including birthstones, custom pendants, and decorative pieces. These are priced separately per item. Ask about what's available when you come in or give us a call.

Yes! Permanent jewelry is designed to be worn 24/7, including in the shower, pool, ocean, and hot tub. This is one of its greatest advantages — no need to take it off before getting wet.

For the longest lasting appearance, we do suggest rinsing off any chlorine or salt water after swimming and patting dry gently.

High-quality 14k gold filled jewelry is very tarnish-resistant. Sterling silver may develop a patina over time with constant wear, which is natural. If you notice any tarnishing on sterling silver, a gentle jewelry polishing cloth will restore the shine.

We recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to chlorine, harsh chemicals, and perfumes directly on the chain.

Our chains are very durable and rarely break during normal wear. However, if it does break, don't worry — save the pieces and come see us. We can re-weld your chain back together. If additional chain length is needed, there may be a small material charge, but we'll always do our best to make it right.

Our 14k gold filled chains are generally safe for people with metal sensitivities because the thick gold layer prevents contact with the base metal. Solid gold is the best choice for the most sensitive skin. Sterling silver is 92.5% pure silver and is also generally well-tolerated.

If you have a known severe metal allergy, we recommend consulting with your doctor before getting permanent jewelry and discussing solid gold as your safest option.

We strongly recommend booking an appointment in advance, especially on weekends and during holiday seasons. Walk-ins are welcome when availability allows, but appointments are always given priority. Book through our Book Now page.

For popups and market events, appointments are typically not required — you can walk up when we're at an event. However, wait times can be long at popular events, so if we offer pre-booking for a specific popup, we recommend grabbing a spot. Follow us on Instagram for popup announcements.

Yes! We love private events. We travel to bachelorette parties, birthdays, corporate events, sorority events, girls' trips, and more. We're available within approximately 2 hours of our Foley, AL and West Palm Beach, FL locations, with exceptions for special travel requests.

Yes! We can pierce ears for children. We use a gentle hand-pressured system — not piercing guns — which is much quieter and more comfortable for kids. A parent or guardian must be present for minors and will need to provide consent.

Earlobe piercings typically heal in 6–8 weeks with proper aftercare. Cartilage piercings take longer — usually 3–9 months. We include an aftercare solution with every piercing and will provide you with full aftercare instructions at your appointment.

Yes. All of our starter jewelry is implant-grade and hypoallergenic, suitable for sensitive skin and new piercings. The starter jewelry and aftercare solution are included in the piercing price.

Piercing guns use blunt force to push jewelry through tissue, which causes more trauma, bruising, and a higher risk of complications. Our hand-pressured needle system is much more precise, causes less trauma to the tissue, heals faster, and is virtually silent — making it significantly more comfortable, especially for children.

It's simple and so much fun! You choose your oyster from our selection, then we guide you through shucking it open. Inside, you'll find your own natural pearl — every single one is unique in color, size, and shape. You can then choose to have us set your pearl into a necklace on the spot as a one-of-a-kind keepsake.

Yes! Every oyster in our selection is guaranteed to contain a real pearl. Pearl sizes, shapes, and colors vary naturally — that's what makes each experience so unique. You might find a classic white pearl, a lavender pearl, a peach pearl, or even a rare one with a beautiful luster.

The Pearl Reveal (shucking the oyster and discovering your pearl) is $30. If you'd like your pearl set into a necklace on the spot, the total is $55 (includes the Pearl Reveal + necklace setting).

Absolutely! The oyster shucking experience is a fantastic activity for groups — bachelorette parties, birthday celebrations, mother-daughter outings, and more. Everyone gets their own oyster and their own unique pearl. It's a memorable, shareable experience that pairs perfectly with a permanent jewelry appointment.
