This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, book an appointment, or buy a gift card, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us
- Appointment bookings. When you book online, our scheduling provider, Acuity Scheduling, collects your name, email address, phone number, the service, studio and time you choose, and any answers you give on the booking form.
- Payments and gift cards. Payments and eGift card purchases are processed by Square. Square collects your payment details; we do not receive or store full card numbers. For gift cards, Square also collects the purchaser's and recipient's names and email addresses so it can deliver the card.
- Messages. If you call, text, or email us (for example about a private event), we receive the details you choose to share.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, including a server-side tagging service hosted on our own subdomain, to understand how visitors use the site — for example pages viewed, buttons clicked, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. _gato recognize a returning browser. - Advertising measurement. If you reach our site by clicking one of our Google ads, we store the ad click identifier (gclid, gbraid or wbraid) in a first-party cookie for up to 90 days so we can tell whether the ad led to a booking.
- Linking a booking to your visit. When you open our online booking calendar, we pass the Google Analytics browser and session identifiers and any ad click identifier into hidden fields of the booking form. This lets us connect a completed booking to the website visit and ad that led to it.
How we use your information
- To schedule, confirm, and provide your appointment, and to contact you about it.
- To process payments and deliver and redeem gift cards.
- To respond to questions and private event inquiries.
- To understand how our website performs and improve it.
- To measure the effectiveness of our advertising.
Google Ads conversion measurement
When a booking is completed, we report the conversion to Google so we can measure our ads. As part of Google's enhanced conversions feature, we may send your email address, phone number and name to Google in hashed (one-way encrypted, SHA-256) form, together with the ad click identifier described above. Google uses this to match the booking to an ad interaction; it is not used to show you our ads. Google's handling of this data is described in Google's Privacy Policy and in how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, under their own privacy terms:
- Acuity Scheduling (a Squarespace company) — online booking.
- Square — payments and gift cards.

Your choices
- Cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site works without them, though we won't be able to measure your visit.

How long we keep information
We keep booking and payment records for as long as we need them to provide our services and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings, and the ad click cookie expires after 90 days.
Children
Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from them. Services for minors, such as ear piercing, are booked and consented to by a parent or legal guardian, who must be present at the appointment.
Security
We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
